Multiple Teams · Summer Conditioning & Sports Physicals

Football will be on the stadium turf Mon-Thur 3:00 – 6:45.  3:00 is the check-in time for the 1st group and they are expected to start at 3:15 and the last group is expected to arrive at 5:30, start at 5:45 and end conditioning at 6:30 and everyone to be off campus by 6:45.  Football will have 12 groups of 12 divided into 3 session times with each group on a designated quadrant of the field.  Check-In for all groups is outside the Trainer’s Room. Boys Water Polo will be in the pool Mon-Fri 10:30 – 11:30.  Contact Coach Tim with questions.
Girls Water Polo will be in the pool Tues/Thur 8:30 – 9:30.  Contact Coach Lesyna with questions.
Girls Soccer will meet on the new turf (by pool) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7 pm. Bring your own soccer ball and water. For more information, contact Coach Jason Luce at
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN CONDITIONING WITH ANY TEAM, ATHLETES MUST BE CLEARED ON SPORTSNET. At this time, they do NOT need a physical yet, but you should try to get an appointment if they want to play a Fall sport.  CIF has given a 30 day waiver to get physicals done and as of now Fall tryouts start on Aug. 7. That means, they could start tryouts without a physical, but they would need to get a physical by Sept. 7. CIF is set to make an announcement on July 20 about sports in 2020-21 and that may very well change some start dates. We will get this information out just as soon as it is released. E-visit or tele-medicine physical exams will be accepted.
